The Left Bank Annex is an awesome venue located on the east side of Portland. A couple years ago I photographed a tasting event here called Toast and loved how my photos turned out. The space has huge windows that face the setting sun, so it's nice to take advantage of the good light and catch few yummy images during magic hour. Speaking of magic, there were tequila drinks being handed out everywhere during this fiesta. I'm not talkin' well quervo blasters with training wheels, I'm talkin' the good stuff. Straight up Herradura for a taste, or mixes of the agave in some delish cocktails. Including tequila and hot chocolate, sounds like a good way to start the night to me! This has been another edition of the world drinks brought to you by The Bar Institute. Did we all die and go to heaven in Mexico to be surrounded by beaches and craft tequila? No!!! This happened right here in Portland Oregon, life is good ;)
My name is Cameron Smith, welcome to my studio. I specialize in portrait photography, event coverage, and some say I have a thing for dive bars and cocktails.. Based in Atlanta with frequent trips to Las Vegas and Portland Oregon, I love to travel. Design and writing skills are some of the extra services I can bust out with my camera. From blogs to photo books, and below average art that consists mostly of ink drawings, I'm considered by my Mom to be an artist - whatever my Mom says goes! I'm also lucky enough to be the in-house photographer with Hogs & Heifers Saloon in Las Vegas, I've taken pictures of some wild shit! When not taking pictures of said crazy things, or planning a wedding celebration on my future ranch, you can find me in my garden with my wife and pets.
Living the green life in East Atlanta for now with big farm dreams on the horizon!
