Lots of negative shit has been spewing out of our social media feeds lately. Time to spin things around a little bit and post some positive stuff. We all know that as a bar, Hogs and Heifers Saloon in Las Vegas is fuckin' awesome. What most of us don't realize is that Hogs is also an amazing member of the local community, giving back to numerous causes since day one of their opening. Over the past holiday season, I was lucky enough to be invited back to H&H and cover the pub during their annual Christmas celebrations. One of these events includes the popular Toys for Tots Motorcycle Run. In its 12th year, this magical event is a gathering that owner Michelle is passionate about. Money is raised and toys are donated for months leading up the run. 100% of the donations go directly to support the Children's Sunrise Hospital. Along with donating lots of bucks, Hogs throws a big party in front of Sunrise where kids of the hospital get to enjoy an early Christmas. I love that Michelle and her crew continue to put on this great event. Watching hundreds of kids eyes light up receiving gifts, spending time with Santa, getting their faces painted, and taking motorcycle rides is priceless... I'm honored to be a part of it, thank you Hogs & Heifers!
My pictures don't suck, follow me somewhere...
My name is Cameron Smith, this is my photography studio and farm! We specialize in events, portraits, cocktails and dive bars.. Based in the ATL with frequent trips to Las Vegas and Portland Oregon, we like to city hop. Design, writing, are more things we do on the farm. From blogs to photo books, and below average art that consists mostly of ink drawings, we're creative folks. We're also crazy enough to be house photographers with Hogs & Heifers Saloon in Vegas AND Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans....We see some crazy shit! When not taking pictures of said crazy things, or planning a wedding celebration on a future ranch, you can find us in our garden with the dogs and cats.
Living the green life in East Atlanta for now, Smith Farm in Northern Georgia the future??
