My wife bought herself a local hiking book for the New Year.  This year's version is gluten free, so it's an extra special edition!  We strapped up the hounds and went on our first hike of 2014.  Angel's Rest was the destination.  The trails and views were amazing.  If you plan a trip this winter, don't forget to wear something waterproof, even if it doesn't look like it's going to rain :)
