This time of year a little more mustaches, beards and tattoos can be seen in our local cocktail watering holes. Yes, even more than the norm here in PDX. Serious conversations about booze also take over the Jupiter Hotel and hundreds of other spots in and around town. Is it because the leaves are turning orange and it's raining almost every day? Noooo, Portland Cocktail Week is here yo!
