For my second day of covering Portland Cocktail Week '14 I hit two bar mashups in Northeast Portland.  Not sure what a mashup is?  Simple, it's what happens when your favorite local bar gets together with their favorite bar staff from another city and puts on a cocktail party.  What you get are some inspired drinks and an occasional wild fiesta.  Time to get mashed up at Expatriate and the Knock Back!
