It's been awhile since we stepped away for a hike.  I noticed a sign for Mirror Lake in route to a recent wedding gig at Mt. Hood.  The turn off was about an hour from Portland so I've been wanting to go back ever since the wedding.  It was listed as a short and simple loop so we decided to bring the hounds along for the afternoon.  This is a relaxing trail with some great lookouts.  On a clear day it also includes a sweet view of the Hood!  Word..
