From Portland Cocktail Week to the Bar Institute PDXWhat was once Portland Cocktail Week is now The Bar Institute. Cocktail week was awesome, The Bar Institute is the same thing but with stops in different cities throughout the year. I was happy to see Lush Life and the event return to PDX in '16 as cocktail week has been one of my favorite gigs to photograph over the years. Registration was held at the House Spirits Distillery in East Portland, perfect way to get this party rollin'!
