What are some of the world's best pairings?  Was ham and whiskey one of the first things that entered your mind?  If this is true, you should have went to Hamlet in downtown Portland while the Bar Institute was in town.  I'm not sure how many cocktails with ham sides I'll order during future bar visits, but it was fun to try during PDX cocktail week!  Is it whiskey Wednesday yet?
