Rain sucks.  My wife loves it.  Most people from Portland do too.  I understand that it's necessary for life, still doesn't mean I have to like it.  A shower or two is okay at the beginning of the season, but I'm over rainy days and ready for Summer by the end of October.  What's there to do when the rain is pouring down and you're still itchin' for a PDX adventure?  Lucky for you the little yellow bus at High 5 Tours has a roof and windows!  This allows for cannabis journeys any time of the year, life is good!
