Snapdragon Cannabis Co. continues to expand in the greater Chattanooga area - Introducing Snapdragon's newest location in Big Ridge!

Each new Snapdragon shop impresses and this spot is no different. Stocked with everything you need in the Canna world from Delta 9 drinks, THCA flower, and some of the best damn edibles you'll ever try! This location rocks and is a great addition to Snap's retail lineup. The interior artwork features paint strokes by local fav Olivia Reckert and has a more country lakeside vibe than Snap's other shops. Big Ridge is just beyond Hixson and will be welcomed by many adults in the growing region. Welcome to Snapdragon Hemp, your premier cannabis destination based in the heart of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Why Did We Start?

Snapdragon Hemp began in 2016 as a small-scale effort to provide effective relief through cannabis, be it pain, insomnia, anxiety, or other issues. Starting with local farmers markets and other events, Snapdragon’s business quickly evolved with the passage of the 2018 Agricultural Farm Bill, also known as the “Farm Bill.” This new law removed hemp from the federal list of controlled substances, and allowed our business to grow beyond the local farmers market and into our first store!

The Next Steps

The next step was to put those products into the consumer’s hands. Online sales were first. However, it was a very competitive market with so many others trying to get into the business as well. Most of the other companies were filled with multi-level marketing platforms. However, they were selling subpar products at a cost that the average person could not afford. Showing the value of potent yet still federally-legal cannabis products at a fair price as well as education on each product turned out to be the most important factor in the growing CBD and hemp industry.

Where we are today

Since starting, we have expanded into ten brick & mortar stores across the Chattanooga area, along with a diverse online selection of premium goods we can ship nationwide. We especially pride ourselves on our cannabis knowledge, which we use to give our guests a personalized experience every time, and offer customized recommendations that are sure to hit the mark.
