Portland is a cool place.  So cool that a few weeks back an entire episode of the Simpsons was dedicated to the city I now call home.  If you make it on an episode of the Simpsons, you know you rock.  There's also an award-winning TV series called Portlandia that's based on the unique area.  For those who haven't watched an episode, I highly recommend it.  Very entertaining to say the least, a little weird but so is the city.  Season three kicks off tomorrow with back to back episodes on IFC...  Keep Portland Weird!

Luckily I've been able to travel to a few cool places over the years with a camera always in hand.  I love traveling but don't think I would like it as much if I didn't take pictures.  Reliving the moments through photographs once you get home can be just as fun as the moment itself.  With trips already planned to New York, North Carolina, New Orleans and Las Vegas in 2013, I'm very excited for another year of taking cool pictures of cool places.
