The Paris of Latin America

First established by the Spanish in 1536, Buenos Aires has grown as a city and cultural center through the centuries.  From smugglers' den to bustling port, Argentina's sprawling capital now boasts a population of over 15 million and is a cultured metropolis, full of art, literature, tango (the birthplace), and an internationally recognized food and cocktail scene.  Enter Tales of the Cocktail...

After two successful years in Vancouver, Tales of the Cocktail on Tour, is heading to Buenos Aires!

“Buenos Aires is the cocktail capital of South America as New Orleans is one of the most important in North America,” said Martin Auzmendi, Cocktail and Spirits Journalist. “Tales coming to Buenos Aires is the chance to share experiences and show to the world how big the cocktail culture is here.”

An exploding cocktail scene plus a city that's already called the "Paris of Latin America", Tales on Tour 2013 has the right ingredients to be a truly unique event and an amazing experience.  I love photographing for this group!  How about some highlights from TOTC 2012 in Orleans last summer...

See you down in the FAR South y'all!
