Last Thursday on Alberta StreetLast week marked the seasonal start to one of Portland's greatest ongoing outdoor festivals. The Last Thursday of every month between May and August, about 20 blocks of Alberta St. are closed off for a good old fashioned street party. Artists, bands, food trucks, street performers, and a little bit of the weird take over the neighborhood for a few hours. It's a people watching spectacle and Portlandia at its finest... Can't wait until next month!
