M+S+H - First family session with the Richter'sA few weeks back we took some awesome expecting photos with the Richter fam. At that time, this included a husband, a wife with a growing belly, and a dog. They already had some fun photo ideas of their own to capture this special time in their lives, but they also let me turn my creative wheels a little during the pre-baby shoot. The picture gallery we created from our first session was great so I've been eagerly awaiting our next sesh to include baby Henry. Problem is that I've never worked with a newborn before. After talking with some colleagues and researching techniques online, I was ready to rock this. How hard could it be, just like working with chickens right? Bokbok! I would like to give a big thanks to Megan and Sean for inviting me over to be a part of documenting their family grow. I love the photos we made and believe these memories will be cherished forever. Looking over the older prints I have of my sister and I during our days fresh out of the womb are priceless, and continue to get better with age. Henry was a pleasure to work with, everyone please join me in welcoming one of Portland's newest citizens!
