Brian is a friend of mine who recently opened his own coffee and tea house in the New Columbia Neighborhood of North Portland.  Over the weekend he invited me to photograph an intimate event at his new space, Columbia International Cup.  Not only does his new spot offer up variety of warm and cold drinks, the atmosphere is inviting and promises to be a cultural hub in the community.  I'm excited to continue working with Brian and watch his new business grow.  Portland and the rest of the world could draw inspiration from his passion to bring people and the community together.  Best of luck to Columbia International Cup!
