My wife and I recently had to move.  With property values sky rocketing in Portland, it was time for the landlord to sell!  We always loved the St. John's area and decided that was going to be the only place we looked for another rental.  Lucky for us, the very first house we walked into we f-ckin' loved...  Sold!  In less than two weeks we were calling St. John's our home and love the new neighborhood.  Cheers to St. John's being the best hood in Portland.  Which way to the parade?
