Since the day my wife was born, she hasn't been wearing pants. Once a year she gets together with a few hundred other people in Portland who where also born without pants.  Face it, pants are the worst...  why wear them?  PDX wasn't the only city ditching their lower half threads yesterday.  Riding mass transportation without pants is an Improv Everywhere deal that started in New York City over 10 years ago.  Join the revolution.
