Sasquatch has been said to be roaming the wooded areas of the Pacific Northwest for centuries.  Crazy Cat Lady has been nestling in cozy urban dwellings during these same times.  After years of living without each other, what happens when a lucky pair finally meet up and unite?  A purrfect marriage in Portland Oregon!

For everyone planning a wedding with over 200 guests, turn away and run!  This photo journal entry isn't for you.  Sasquatch and Cat Lady believe in simple wedding celebrations that involve only each other's company and close friends, preferably furry ones.  An afternoon ceremony at the Portland City Courthouse was followed with cake and bubbles at Purringtons Cat Lounge.  Cat lounge you ask?  Yes, it's as awesome as it sounds if you're a feline lover.  I know the large wedding party folks that didn't run after my earlier warning may be a little jealous of how simple this day sounds, it was definitely cool.  I'm excited to have been a part of capturing something intimate like this.  Who knows, we could be starting a revolution for weddings days with cat guests...  weirder things have happened in Portland!
