In case you've missed it, buying recreational weed is now legal in the great states of Oregon and Washington.  We also allow gay couples to wed up here, what in the hell are we thinking?  Some traditional folks out there in 'Merica may see this as a sign of the impending apocalypse.  I on the other hand am pretty happy how things are going.  Nobody in the Pacific Northwest really seems to care that the devil's green is all of the sudden legal.  Not much has changed.  The same people who were smoking it before, which is a high percentage of Oregonians, are smoking it now.  They just don't have to meet up with shady dealers in weird spots to get it anymore.  Isn't that a good thing?  And you can also grow it!  Wait, what did you say?  This sounds logical right?  People brew their own beers and distill their own spirits, why not let them plant something a little extra special in their garden?  Didn't our first president the great George Washington have it growing on his plantation?
