Was Las Vegas ready for a place like Hogs & Heifers Saloon?

The doors officially opened in September of 2005.  If I'm typing this in prep for their 12th anniversary bash in '17, the answer is yes!

After the soft opening and decoration party, what would Hogs be like on the official opening night?  I was super excited to find out and couldn't wait to get back with my camera in hand.  The energy that experienced on my first assignment with the bar was contagious.  I've never seen bartenders dance and entertain like that.  Even in an entertainment driven destination like Las Vegas, what H&H was doing was fresh as fuck. 

Thank you Hogs and Heifers for bringin' a true party to Sin City.  After the introduction of mega clubs to the strip in the early 2000's, Hogs was just what the doctor ordered!
